Read the handbook carefully, fill out the form, and send the completed form along with the Team Owner's minimum 2 Government ID proofs and your Team Logo to the official PTCL WhatsApp number 8740091010. After document verification, you'll be asked to pay the registration fee. Once the payment is received, your team will be allotted an official PTCL Team Registration Number.

Your team registration is considered confirmed only after:

• All required documents have been verified.
• The registration fee has been successfully received.
• A unique PTCL Team Registration Number has been issued to your team.

All official updates, schedules, and communication will be shared only through the registered contact number and the official PTCL WhatsApp number 8740091010.

After receiving your PTCL Team Registration Number, download the Squad Registration Sheet from ptclt10.com, fill in the details of all players, and submit it to the official PTCL WhatsApp number 8740091010. The completed squad registration sheet must be submitted on or before 31 August 2026.
